Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Creoverse handles information in Creoverse Growth Console, also called Growth OS. Contact info@creoverse.in with privacy questions.
Information we process
- Team account information, including email addresses, organisation membership and permissions.
- Enquiry and follow-up records entered by authorised teams or submitted through connected forms, including contact details, programme interests and counselling activity.
- Website activity and attribution information, such as page visits, form events, campaign parameters and event timestamps.
Google user data
When you choose to connect Google Search Console, we request read-only Search Console access. The console uses this access to retrieve information for authorised websites, such as search queries, pages, clicks, impressions, click-through rates and search positions, for reporting and growth analysis.
We store OAuth access and refresh tokens on the server to maintain the connection and refresh access when required. Connecting Search Console does not grant access to Gmail, Google Drive or Google Ads.
Google Ads is an optional, separately authorised connection. When you connect it, we access account identifiers, names, currency, timezone, accessible account hierarchy, campaign names and statuses, budgets, impressions, clicks, spend and conversion totals to display reporting. Google’s Ads API uses a broad management permission; the current console connector only reads data and does not change campaigns. We store Ads OAuth credentials, accessible account details and your selected account on the server for your team login and workspace. Performance reports are fetched on demand. Disconnecting in Settings deletes this stored Ads connection and pending authorisations; you can also revoke the Google-wide grant through your Google Account connections.
How information is used and shared
We use information to operate team accounts, manage enquiries and follow-ups, provide reporting, maintain authorised integrations and investigate service issues. Information is available to authorised organisation users according to their access permissions.
The service uses Supabase for backend storage and authentication, Hostinger for application hosting, and Google APIs for integrations you authorise. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising targeting or to train general-purpose AI models. We may disclose information where legally required.
Storage and retention
We retain operational records and connection credentials while needed to provide the service, manage active accounts and meet applicable obligations. Retention depends on the record type and organisation's needs. Contact us to request deletion of your information or stored Google connection credentials.
Revoke access and request deletion
You can revoke the console's Google access through your Google Account connections. Revoking access prevents further authorised API access; it does not itself delete information already stored in the console. To request deletion, email info@creoverse.in with your account email and the information concerned. We may verify your identity before acting.
Security and updates
We use authentication and role-based access controls to restrict operational data. No service can guarantee absolute security. We will update this page when our practices or integrations change.
